With just 2 weeks until Opening night Ray Baughan and a number of other competitors are hiring out Xpress Printing House Ruapuna Speedway for a private practice session tomorow.  Baughan hasn't been happy with a number of issues on the Avon Insurance Brokers Sprintcar and will take the oppotunity tommorow to try out some different setups. Baughan is hoping to be on the track at 11.00am

Another competitor looking to do some testing is Phillipa Melrose, The Melrose Motorsport team will put there brand new Breka/Ed Pink Ford on the track for the first time tommorow while the motor has been tested in the workshop the team will use practice session to get some hot laps into the new motor and chassis. with a rumored 320+ horsepower in the new motor its likely Melrose will be at the front end of the midget pack this year.

Private and Open test days are avaliable to all Speedway Competitors with a current SNZ Speedway License
